The more things change, the more they stay the same. While Vegas seeks to always reinvent itself, it looks more familiar than ever. Hoards of tourists carrying yard glasses of daiquiri mix, endlessly plugging cash into slot machines and lining up for the buffet. Speaking of buffets- we had a great one at Planet Hollywood, enjoyed the Golden Nugget pool and shark tank and our cheap binions hot dogs. A speed tour of Vegas, just perfect for us. In the immortal words of Hunter S Thompson, "another minute in this town and I'll kill someone." One day is quite enjoyable, and quite enough.
